  2. Job change within 7 months

  3. Retirement within 7 months
    If you retire within 7 months, you cannot claim a refund under the money-back guarantee.
  4. Conditions for reimbursement
    To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, you must:
    • Share your most recent payslip (dated no later than 7 months after receiving our advisory report) with us as proof that no changes have been made to your salary or secondary employment conditions.
  5. Exclusions
    The money-back guarantee does not apply if:
    • You have not applied the advice and strategies from our advisory report.
    • You are unable to provide the required documentation (payslip or pension statement).
    • You have achieved a salary increase or changes in secondary employment conditions within 7 months, regardless of the amount.
  6. Refund procedure
